Lash Kandi strives to offer our customers not only quality products , but a professional and enjoyable shopping experience . Please read our return policy below as a purchase directly from us or our websites constitutes your understanding and consent to this policy .

Due to the fact that our products are for personal use , for public health and hygienic reasons , Lash Kandi will not be offering refunds and or credits for packages that are opened, damaged and or used at this time due to COVID 19 . Lash Kandi will however offer an exchange and or a merchandise credit equal to the amount of your initial purchase . Determination will be made upon inspection of the returned item and approval of management upon review .

For the protection of our customers , the Lash Kandi website is continually monitored for potential fraud , misuse and abuse . If we receive a purchase that we have determined constitutes a purchase that falls into either of these categories , our return policy will not apply , as we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone .


Our policy is applicable for 30 days from the receipt of purchase . If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit and or an exchange.

A receipt  with the date can be scanned and emailed to us at hellopretty@ lashkandi.com or placed in the return package . We also suggest retaining a copy of your receipt for your record in the event of any discrepancies.


If a purchase is made of our random grab bag and or lash bag items , all items purchased are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged .

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Health and personal care items such as
lash wands, lash curler ect


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and or exchange .
If approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied and provided via an egiftcard for use at any future date or time .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, our regular return policy will apply .

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8549 Wilshire Boulevard Suite 2043, Beverly Hills California , CA, 90211, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
